🚀 Hiring: Scrum Master

🔎 Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with product development teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and with high quality. The role also involves coaching and mentoring teams while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
✅ Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
✅ Coach development teams on Agile and Scrum methodologies
✅ Remove impediments and help teams improve productivity and collaboration
✅ Ensure Scrum practices and Agile principles are consistently followed
✅ Manage and prioritize product backlog activities
✅ Coordinate with stakeholders and development teams for smooth project execution
✅ Track KPIs, project deliverables, risks, issues, and financials
✅ Plan and organize demos, testing activities, and status reporting
✅ Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions
✅ Support teams during testing and production issues when required
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
✔ Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
✔ Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices
✔ Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
✔ Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
✔ Hands-on experience leading Scrum ceremonies
✔ Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SDLC, and project management methodologies
✔ Expertise in refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, and retrospection techniques
⭐ Preferred Skills
✔ Understanding of programming and DB querying concepts
✔ CSM / PSM certification preferred
✔ SAFe and Kanban certifications are an added advantage
✔ Experience with Jira or Agile project management tools
✔ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
