Role Description The Scrum Master at Adams AI will facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for cross-functional product and engineering teams. This full-time role is hybrid, based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. The individual will remove impediments, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure the team follows agile principles and best practices to deliver high-quality AI communication features and enhancements. Responsibilities include guiding the creation and refinement of user stories, promoting continuous improvement, tracking team metrics, and fostering a culture of transparency and ownership. The Scrum Master will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and operations teams to align delivery with business outcomes in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Strong sprint planning and backlog management skills, including experience organizing and facilitating agile ceremonies.
- Ability to work with user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear, actionable requirements for development teams.
- Solid understanding of software development processes and lifecycle, ideally within AI, SaaS, or high-scale technology environments.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive data-informed improvements in delivery.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to engage diverse stakeholders and promote alignment across teams.
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with knowledge of Scrum and other agile frameworks (Kanban, XP).
- Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent are beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Bengaluru, with the ability to coordinate both in-office and remote team interactions.
