Job Type: Part-time

Location: 100% Remote

Working hours: Monday through Saturday (6 pm to 10 pm IST) (every 2^nd and 4^th Saturday is off)

Salary: Up to Rs 25,000/- per month

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Project Coordinator to support our development team and help drive projects smoothly from planning to delivery.

The right candidate should be able to lead daily SCRUM calls, create and update user stories/tasks, manage work items in Azure DevOps, track progress, and prepare team performance and sprint reports. You should have strong knowledge of Agile methodology and be comfortable working closely with developers, QA, and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily SCRUM / stand-up calls with the development team
• Ensure discussions stay focused, productive, and within time
• Create, update, and manage user stories, tasks, and bugs
• Work with the team to clarify requirements and priorities
• Maintain and organize work items in Azure DevOps
• Track sprint progress and follow up on pending items
• Help remove blockers and keep tasks moving forward
• Prepare sprint reports, status reports, and team performance summaries
• Support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, review, and retrospective
• Ensure Agile best practices are followed across the team

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coordinator, or Project Coordinator
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
• Experience creating and modifying user stories, tasks, and bugs
• Good understanding of Agile / Scrum methodology
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up with team members
• Experience preparing project and sprint reports
• Ability to work independently and keep the team organized

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with software development teams
• Knowledge of QA/testing workflows
• Ability to analyze team performance and identify improvement areas
• Familiarity with release planning and sprint velocity tracking
