Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Scrub Nurse located in Chembur. The Scrub Nurse will be responsible for assisting in surgical procedures, maintaining sterile environments in operating rooms, preparing surgical instruments, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards. The role also involves closely collaborating with surgeons, anesthetists, and other medical staff to deliver the highest standard of patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Nursing and Medicine-related knowledge and practices
• GNM/BSC Nursing with MNC registration
• Experience with Surgical procedures and Operating Room protocols
• Specialized knowledge or experience in Orthopedic Surgery or general surgery is an advantage
• Strong focus on detail, patient safety, and maintaining a sterile working environment
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in surgical or operating room environments is preferred
