We are looking for a Scriptwriter + Social Media Associate who can write compelling scripts & articles, research trending topics, and manage social media channels (YouTube, Linkedin, Instagram, Substack) end to end.

 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• 100% Remote & Full-time
• Design your own schedule (as long as deadlines are met and we have a few overlapping hours each week for check-ins)
• Compensation: 5LPA - 6LPA (based on skills and prior experience)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• RESEARCH topics, audience questions, trends, and competitor content, and turn them into concise research packages with angles, hooks, and priorities.
• WRITE fact-checked, hook‑driven scripts for long‑form and short‑form videos based on direction, notes, research, and existing content.
• WRITE long articles, short notes, captions, and supporting social copy for YouTube, Substack, LinkedIn, and other social channels.
• POST content and ENGAGE with the community across social media platforms in a thoughtful, brand‑aligned way.
• TRACK performance signals from all platforms and apply insights to improve topics, hooks, formats, and future content.
• MANAGE the content pipeline and social media calendar so ideas move smoothly from research to published posts.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• EXCEPTIONAL written English and storytelling sense with hooks, structure, and pacing tailored for BOTH videos and articles.
• STRONG research skills, finding valuable topics, questions, and trends worth turning into content.
• HANDS-ON experience managing YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram (and similar platforms) including posting, basic formatting, and engagement.
• RELIABLE, organized, and comfortable working inside a content calendar and pipeline with deadlines and feedback
