Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Responsibilities:
- Research global and national developments, trends, and high-interest topics.
- Write scripts for short-form and long-form video content across news, current affairs, history, culture, and internet-driven conversations.
- Turn complex subjects into simple, engaging, and easy-to-follow narratives.
- Create strong hooks, clean structure, and high-retention storytelling for digital audiences.
- Work closely with editors, researchers, and video editors to ensure smooth execution.
- Add context, relevance, and depth to stories without making them feel heavy or boring.
- Track what people are talking about and identify topics worth converting into content.
Qualifications:
- Strong writing skills with a clear sense of structure, tone, and storytelling.
- Deep interest in news, current affairs, world events, culture, history, and how the internet reacts to them.
- Ability to simplify complex topics without losing meaning.
- Understanding of short-form content and what holds attention in the first few seconds.
- Strong research instincts and attention to factual accuracy.
- Ability to work fast and think clearly under deadlines.
- Prior experience in journalism, content writing, explainer writing, research, or script writing is a plus.
