We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Script Writer who can craft engaging, scroll-stopping scripts specifically for Instagram Reels. The ideal candidate understands short-form content psychology, hook-based storytelling, viral structures, and audience retention strategies.
If you can turn simple ideas into high-impact 30–60 second scripts that drive engagement, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Write compelling scripts for Instagram Reels (30–90 seconds)
- Create strong hooks within the first 3 seconds
- Develop storytelling-based, educational, or entertainment-driven content
- Align scripts with brand voice and target audience
- Research trends, viral formats, and competitor content
- Optimize scripts for retention, engagement, and shareability
- Collaborate with video editors and content strategists
- Deliver scripts consistently as per content calendar deadlines
Requirements
- Proven experience writing scripts for Instagram Reels or short-form videos
- Strong understanding of content hooks, pacing, and retention tactics
- Ability to write conversational and relatable content
- Knowledge of trending formats and social media psychology
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
