As we scale, we are looking for a meticulous, articulate, and creatively sharp Script Writer & Content Manager to join our core team.
The Role
This is not a template-filling role. You will be responsible for conceptualising and writing original scripts for Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta ad creatives, and AI avatar productions — while simultaneously managing content pipelines for multiple clients across diverse industries. You will work in close coordination with the strategy and creative team to ensure that every piece of content is purposeful, on-brand, and built to perform.
Key Responsibilities
Scriptwriting
- Write hooks, narrative scripts, and voiceovers for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook video advertisements
- Develop scripts for AI avatar and talking-head video productions
- Produce platform-native copy for Meta ad formats — static, carousel, and video
- Adapt tone, voice, and messaging across client verticals including food and beverage, fashion, healthcare, trades, and professional services
Content Management
- Build, maintain, and execute monthly content calendars for 5 to 10 clients simultaneously
- Brief designers and video editors with precise, actionable creative direction
- Manage content approval workflows and revisions in coordination with the agency lead
- Ensure consistent, on-time delivery of all content deliverables without compromise on quality
Research and Strategy
- Conduct ongoing research into trending content formats, scroll-stopping hooks, and competitor creative strategies
- Monitor platform algorithm developments across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form assets across multiple formats and channels
Who We Are Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of demonstrated experience in content writing, scriptwriting, or social media management
- Exceptional written command of both Hindi and English, with the ability to modulate tone effortlessly across audiences
- A thorough understanding of short-form video content — what earns attention, builds trust, and drives action
- Highly organised, deadline-conscious, and capable of managing multiple clients and priorities without loss of quality
- Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Notion, or equivalent workflow platforms
- Working knowledge of AI content tools — ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, CapCut — will be considered a significant advantage
