About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and culturally aware Script Writer who understands what makes content click, trend, and go viral. If you spend time decoding reels, ads, and influencer content and often think “I could’ve written that better” — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Write engaging, thumb-stopping scripts for short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
- Collaborate with the creative and influencer teams to bring concepts to life
- Adapt scripts based on platform trends, audience behavior, and brand tonality
- Brainstorm content ideas aligned with ongoing campaigns and client briefs
- Ensure scripts are crisp, relatable, and optimized for high engagement
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in content writing / script writing / social media
- Strong grasp of social media trends and viral content formats
- Ability to write in a conversational, engaging, and audience-first tone
- Quick thinker with a knack for storytelling and hooks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
Good to have
- Experience writing for influencers, brands, or digital agencies
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging content trends
- Basic understanding of content performance metrics
