Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Script Writer role based in Gurugram. The Script Writer will develop scripts and screenplays for videos and other visual content, transforming ideas and research into engaging narratives. Daily responsibilities include brainstorming concepts with the creative team, outlining story structures, writing and revising scripts, and aligning content with the intended audience and brand voice. The role also involves collaborating with directors and video production teams to ensure scripts are practical for filming and post-production, as well as meeting deadlines for multiple ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Scriptwriting and Scripting skills for short-form and long-form visual content.
- Candidates should possess experience creating Screenplays for video, web series, or similar narrative formats.
- Candidates should possess solid Writing skills, including clear storytelling, dialogue, and narrative pacing.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Video Production processes to align scripts with technical and creative requirements.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in digital content or entertainment, the ability to work under tight timelines, strong collaboration and communication skills, and proficiency in English and Hindi.
- A relevant educational background in Film, Media, Communications, Literature, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if supported by strong portfolios or work samples.
