Role Description The Script Writer – Short Form will be responsible for developing concise, engaging scripts for short-form video content across platforms such as YouTube Shorts, Reels, and TikTok. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming content ideas with producers and creators, writing and refining scripts, adapting narratives to different formats, and collaborating with the video production team for smooth execution. The role involves researching trends, audience preferences, and platform best practices to ensure scripts are relevant and compelling. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring close collaboration with the creative and production teams.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Scriptwriting and Scripting skills for short-form or long form video content.
- Candidates should possess experience in Screenplays and structured narrative development.
- Candidates should possess solid Writing skills, including clarity, brevity, and audience-focused storytelling.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of Video Production workflows and collaboration with production teams.
- Ability to generate original concepts aligned with creator brand tone and platform-specific trends.
- Strong command of English, with excellent grammar, pacing, and dialogue writing.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and handling multiple projects.
- Prior experience writing scripts for digital content creators or media companies is preferred.
- Relevant education in Film, Media, Communication, Creative Writing, or a related field is beneficial.
