The Role
We’re hiring a Scriptwriter / Copywriter who specializes in influencer-style and short-form video content. You’ll craft crisp, high-impact scripts that simplify business concepts and drive engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
What You’ll Do
- Write engaging scripts for short-form videos (30–90 seconds) and influencer-style content
- Translate consulting insights, frameworks, and case studies into clear, compelling narratives
- Develop strong hooks, storytelling angles, and concise messaging
- Collaborate with founders, consultants, and video teams to bring scripts to life
- Adapt tone and style for different formats, audiences, and platforms
- Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance insights
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience in copywriting/scriptwriting, preferably for digital or video content
- Proven experience creating influencer-style or short-form video scripts
- Strong ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging, easy-to-understand content
- Excellent storytelling, structure, and attention to detail
- Understanding of social media trends and audience behavior
- Experience in B2B, consulting, or knowledge-driven content is a strong plus
