The Role
We are looking for a creative and organized Script & Content Intern to join our team. This role is at the heart of our production process: you will help breathe life into our scripts, ensuring they sound as good on the page as they do out loud.
While we are a product design studio, this specific role focuses heavily on the audio and scriptwriting side of the business. You will work closely with our creative leads to write, edit, and refine scripts for voice talent.
What You'll Do
- Write & Edit: Draft and edit original, evocative scripts for a variety of audio projects.
- Voice Testing: Read scripts aloud (recording yourself) to test tone, pacing, and flow, allowing us to make edits before final production.
- Quality Assurance: Review completed voice recordings to ensure they match the script and artistic direction.
- Creative Feedback: Collaborate with the team to provide feedback on voice actor performances.
- Coordination: Assist with organizing script databases and coordinating with voice actors and other collaborators.
Who You Are
- A Word Nerd: You are obsessed with the nuances of language, sentence structure, and rhythm.
- Good With Your Voice: You’re comfortable reading scripts out loud on recording to test how they sound.
- Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for typos and a sharp ear for awkward phrasing.
- Organized: You can manage multiple scripts and assets without dropping the ball.
- A Team Player: You can take feedback constructively and work collaboratively.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A genuine interest in creative writing, storytelling, or theatre.
- Basic familiarity with audio recording tools is a plus (e.g., smartphone voice memo or simple recording software).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
What We Offer
