We are looking for a HR Business Partner to strategically partner with managers and support the execution of key HR programs and initiatives. As a trusted partner, you will anticipate business needs, build strong relationships, and provide insights and solutions that enhance performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This role will sit within the HR team, reporting to Scribd's Senior Manager, HRBP Working closely with members of the HR team and broader People team, this role will support the execution of HR initiatives across the organization including, but not limited to performance management, coaching, employee relations, compensation, engagement and retention, career development, and benefits.
