Description

The Role.

The Social Media Specialist supports the delivery and performance of organic social across our portfolio. This role is ideal for a proactive creator ready for more ownership. You’ll independently manage a book of smaller accounts while supporting Social Media Managers on high-touch, complex global brands. Success in this role requires a blend of creative "lo-fi" content production, rigorous organization, and an obsessive eye for social trends.


What You’ll be Doing:

  • Account Ownership: Independently managing small-to-medium organic social accounts end-to-end, ensuring content is on-brand and high-impact.
  • Content Creation: Creating and editing platform-native content for Instagram and TikTok using tools like Canva, CapCut, and Adobe to capture the perfect vibe.
  • Strategic Support: Assisting Social Media Managers on larger accounts by building content calendars aligned with platform best practices and brand goals.
  • Community Management: Monitoring and engaging with communities across various accounts to foster brand loyalty and responsiveness.
  • Trend Hunting: Identifying cultural moments, sounds, and trends in real-time to keep our clients relevant and top-of-mind.
  • Performance Insight: Using platform data and insights to inform content decisions, ensuring every post serves a strategic purpose.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of experience: You’ve successfully managed or supported social media accounts, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Content Native: You have a strong portfolio of content created specifically for Instagram and TikTok and understand what makes people stop scrolling.
  • Technical Toolkit: You’re proficient with Canva, CapCut, and potentially Adobe, and you’re comfortable capturing "lo-fi" content on the fly.
  • Creative Initiative: You don’t just execute tasks; you contribute ideas, think creatively, and have a proactive attitude toward taking ownership.
  • Organizational Excellence: You have high attention to detail and can juggle multiple accounts and deadlines without breaking a sweat.
  • Collaborative Spirit: You enjoy working alongside Creative, Paid, and Content teams to deliver integrated, world-class work.
