Job Description

The Role:

• Responsible for the strategic planning, driving and executing of performance- driven marketing campaigns. This may include but not limited to company-wide sales initiatives, paid media and online advertising, EDM and targeted ROI marketing, and SEM/paid search.  
• Directly reports to the Marketing Director, and works alongside the Sr Brand Manager, to build ROI-centric campaigns, define audience personas and targeting, and achieve acquisition targets across a variety of platforms 
• Supports the improvement of campaigns across channels by understanding and reporting on digital trends and optimisations, creative- or media-driven
• Data sources include but are not limited to: websites, newsletters, organic social media, paid campaigns, Apps, open web media buying, blogs and media partnerships 

Candidate Requirements: 

• 5+ years in marketing, with a focus within media, paid campaigns, and/or data analysis 
• A results-oriented individual who loves seeing ROI and performance gains
• Experience managing direct reports or working cross functionally with creative teams
• A fun and positive attitude, a real go-getter 
• Highly organized, and can handle fast-moving environments
