<strong>ABOUT OUR AGENCY:<br></strong>I opened my agency in 1997 and currently lead a team of three. Over the years, I’ve built an agency focused on consistency, strong relationships, and serving our community at a high level.<br><br>I’m a graduate of Ball State University, where I earned my B.S. in Business Management and competed as a Division I athlete for four years.<br><br>I’m married with four children and one grandchild, and family plays a big role in everything I do.<br><br>I stay very active in the community by coaching youth basketball, football, soccer, and baseball, as well as mentoring local youth. I’m also a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi. Giving back and helping others grow is something I’m deeply passionate about.<br><br>Our agency offers flexibility, free snacks and coffee, professional and personal development, a strong focus on health and wellness, and regular team-building events. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.<br><br>Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. <strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong> </div><ul>
<li>Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.</li>
<li>Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.</li>
<li>Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.</li>
<li>Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.</li>
<li>Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.</li>

<strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong> </div><ul>
<li>Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.</li>
<li>Communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Organizational and multitasking abilities.</li>
<li>Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.</li>
<li>Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.</li>
