About the role
We are looking for a data-savvy professional to join our People team as a Data Analyst. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Support our People Business Partners, compensation, finance, recruiting, and compliance in building reports tools and sharing insights that will enable the teams.
Provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making in HR and overall business strategy.
Identify trends, patterns, and insights from People data to enable evidence-based decision-making across the organization.
Assist in ongoing HR projects, utilizing data analysis to identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and drive continuous process improvement.
Systems Management & Maintenance
Collaborate with the People Operations team to conduct regular maintenance, audits, and troubleshooting on all HR systems (e.g., ADP, Greenhouse, Lattice) to ensure data integrity and system integration.
Support HRIS upgrades or changes, partnering with IT, Payroll, and other departments to ensure successful implementation and system functionality.
