Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) environment
- Configure alerts, rules, monitors, and dashboards
- Perform incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Work on Windows Server, SQL Server, and infrastructure monitoring
- Ensure high availability and optimal performance of monitored systems
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams for issue resolution
- Generate reports and maintain monitoring documentation

Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in SCOM administration and monitoring
- Strong knowledge of Windows Servers & Active Directory
- Experience with PowerShell scripting
- Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem Management)
- Basic knowledge of Azure monitoring is a plus
