🚀 We’re Hiring: SCM & Warehouse Manager

📍 Location: Bhopal (Onsite)

💰 Salary: ₹35,000/month

🔎 About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven SCM & Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end procurement, inventory control, and order fulfillment across our e-commerce platform and physical centers.

This role is critical to ensuring zero inventory leakage, low RTO, and seamless last-mile delivery while maintaining operational efficiency and cost optimization.

✔️ Low RTO (Return to Origin): Strong courier coordination & proactive tracking

✔️ 100% On-Time Delivery: Efficient order processing & dispatch management

✔️ Zero Leakage: Accurate inventory tracking with no stock discrepancies

✔️ Cost Optimization: Smart procurement & vendor negotiations

✔️ Zero Stock-Outs: Demand planning & buffer stock management

🛠️ Core Responsibilities

📦 Procurement & Vendor Management

Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for raw materials & hardware

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery timelines

Maintain strong vendor relationships and performance tracking

Ensure cost-effective sourcing without compromising quality

🏬 Inventory & Warehouse Management

Manage end-to-end warehouse operations (inbound, storage, outbound)

Maintain real-time inventory tracking using Excel/Google Sheets

Conduct weekly/monthly stock audits & reconciliation

Implement FIFO/LIFO methods where applicable

Ensure proper storage, safety, and handling of materials

🛒 E-commerce Order Fulfillment

Process and manage orders via Shopify

Coordinate dispatch and logistics using Shiprocket

Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipping

Monitor order lifecycle from placement to delivery

🚚 Logistics & Delivery Management

Coordinate with courier partners for timely deliveries

Track shipments and resolve delivery delays/issues

Optimize shipping costs and delivery timelines

Monitor courier performance metrics

🔁 Returns & Reverse Logistics

Handle customer returns, RTOs, and repairs efficiently

Identify root causes of returns and implement corrective actions

Reduce RTO through proactive communication and tracking

📊 Reporting & Analytics

Prepare weekly reports on:

Inventory status

Shipping costs & RTO rates

Procurement cycles

Use data insights for process improvement and decision-making

🧠 Required Skills & Expertise

🔧 Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting)

Hands-on experience with:

Shopify

Shiprocket

Inventory management systems (IMS) knowledge

Understanding of supply chain processes & warehouse operations

Basic knowledge of ERP systems (Tally, Zoho Inventory, SAP – preferred)

🛠️ Tools & Platforms

Excel / Google Sheets

Shopify Admin Dashboard

Shiprocket Panel

Inventory & Warehouse Tools (Zoho Inventory, Unicommerce, Cin7 – good to have)

Communication Tools (Email, WhatsApp Business, Slack – optional)

Demand planning & forecasting

Vendor negotiation strategies

Logistics & courier aggregation

Reverse logistics management

Inventory control techniques (FIFO, Safety Stock, Reorder Levels)

🎓 Experience & Qualification

3+ years of experience in SCM / Logistics / Warehouse Management

E-commerce background highly preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
