Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Oracle EBS projects, focusing on SCM modules
- Train internal teams and clients on Oracle EBS SCM functionalities
- Document processes and prepare presentations to communicate project status and updates
- Leverage SCM knowledge and basic financial understanding to optimize project outcomes
- Ensure successful project lifecycle management, focusing on quality and deliverables
Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in Oracle EBS, especially in Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules
- Knowledge of procurement, inventory, order management, and logistics processes
- Ability to lead and manage EBS implementation or enhancement projects
- Experience in training and mentoring internal teams and clients on EBS SCM functionalities
- Strong documentation and presentation skills for communicating project updates and process flows
- Basic understanding of financial processes for integrated SCM-Finance projects
- Proficiency in project lifecycle management, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
