📦 What You’ll Do
* Implement and configure Odoo or any ERP Supply Chain modules including Inventory, Purchase, Sales, and basic Manufacturing workflows.
* Conduct requirement gathering sessions with client stakeholders to understand their operational processes.
* Prepare functional requirement documents (FRD), process flows, and gap analysis.
* Configure and optimize procurement, inventory control, warehouse operations, and order management in Odoo.
* Work closely with technical developers to implement customizations when required.
* Perform system testing, UAT support, and data migration validation.
* Deliver product demonstrations, user training sessions, and documentation for client teams.
* Provide post-go-live support and help clients improve operational efficiency through ERP usage.
⚙️ What You Should Know
* Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management concepts including:
• Procurement & vendor management
• Inventory control
• Warehouse management
• Sales & order fulfillment
• Demand planning basics
* Hands-on experience with Odoo modules such as:
• Inventory
• Purchase
• Sales
• Basic MRP / Manufacturing (preferred)
* Understanding of multi-warehouse operations, stock valuation, and replenishment strategies.
* Ability to map business workflows into ERP systems.
* Good knowledge of documentation and implementation methodology.
* Familiarity with ERP implementation lifecycle (Requirement → Configuration → Testing → Deployment).
* Bonus: Knowledge of barcode systems, logistics workflows, or manufacturing processes.
🎯 Who You Are
* 1–3 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant or Odoo Functional Consultant.
* Background in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
* Good communication skills and ability to interact with business users.
* Curious, proactive, and passionate about improving business processes through technology.
