- Resource should have around 10yrs of experience as D365 F&O SCM Consultant
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
- Conduct process discovery sessions, gap-fit analysis, and solution workshops for SCM modules and configuration of application.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Design end-to-end finance process flows, workflows, and controls based on industry and compliance standards.
- Prepare high-quality documentation, including Functional Design Documents (FDD), solution blueprints, and process flows against enhancements/ change requests.
- Create test scenarios, Perform unit testing, support system testing, and actively participate in issue resolution.
- Prepare and deliver training sessions and user manuals for end users and key stakeholders.
- Support change management activities by ensuring business users understand the system changes and process impacts.
- Act as a liaison between the business and technical team throughout the project /support lifecycle.
- Provide support, including issue analysis, triaging, and ensure timely resolution against tickets
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and status meetings to track progress and blockers.
- Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on risks, issues,
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities based on system capabilities and client objectives.
- Keep up with new features and updates released by Microsoft and suggest enhancements accordingly
