Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an SCM Billing Executive, based in Noida. The SCM Billing Executive will manage end-to-end billing processes, including generation, verification, and posting of invoices in coordination with supply chain and finance teams. The role involves tracking orders and deliveries, reconciling billing data with purchase orders and contracts, and addressing discrepancies to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. The individual will prepare billing reports, maintain documentation, support audits, and liaise with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve billing queries. The role also includes supporting process improvements in billing workflows and contributing to compliance with company policies and financial controls.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Billing Process and Invoicing skills, with experience handling high-volume transactions.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge related to billing, taxation, and basic accounting principles.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to reconcile data, identify variances, and support process optimization.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Relevant experience in supply chain, billing, or finance within manufacturing or industrial sectors is preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP or billing software and MS Excel is advantageous.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work with attention to detail, meet deadlines, and follow standardized processes and controls.
