Role Description Delivery of Scitara DLX services, Ancillary Lab Informatics Services,

Customer Support, and Validation

Key Responsibilities  Provide Implementation, configuration and validation services to

customers using DLX.
 Responsible for post implementation customer support.
 Work with Scitara partners to provide implementation and allied
customer services for DLX and any other Lab Informatics systems
as applicable.
 Plays a critical role in the PAS team, responsible for providing
advanced technical guidance, experimentation, innovation, and
ensuring the successful implementation of complex lab data and
automation solutions.
 Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including product
management, solutions architects, and software engineers, to design
and develop scalable and efficient solutions.
 Leverages his/her deep technical expertise and experience to
contribute to the design and development of robust and scalable
solutions.
 Plays a key role in aligning technical strategies and solutions with
Scitara's overall business objectives.
 Collaborate with product management, engineering, and leadership
to provide valuable insights, identify technical opportunities, and
contribute to the development of long-term technical roadmaps.
 As a technical leader, provides guidance and mentorship to junior
team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and
continuous learning.
 Actively contributes to knowledge sharing, promote collaboration,
and drive innovation within the PAS team.

 Collaborates with cross-functional teams, communicates technical
recommendations and insights to stakeholders, and provides updates
on project progress.
 Contributes to technical documentation and delivers technical
presentations when required. Participates in customer calls with
ownership of discovering needs, influencing solutions.
Ideal Candidate

Educational Qualifications Master’s degree in appropriate field of study
Experience  Should have a minimum of 13+ years IT experience in Life

Sciences and Pharmaceutical Domain.
 Should have hands on experience in implementing and validating
Lab Informatics for more than 5 years.
 Good knowledge of CSV (Computerized System Validation) and
industry standard guidelines for compliance and security of IT
systems.
 Experience in working with QA and facing audits.

Desired Skills  Advance level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio,

PowerPoint and SharePoint
 Should have software development skillsets.
 Ensure that services and programs are proceeding according to
scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
