About the role

The CSM position is a dynamic role designed for someone excited to learn and help lay the foundation for how we interact with our customers. The role will focus on onboarding new customers and interfacing with existing customers. Our customers are amazing scientists and researchers who work in Biotech. You'll be reporting directly with members of the founding team. You'll also have plenty of facetime with the founders. If you're looking to work hard, learn a ton, and grow in your career, this role is for you. 📝 Responsibilities: * Proactively solve customer issues, coordinating with the engineering and operations teams to streamline processes and prevent future problems. * Refine and automate the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable experience for new users. * Guarantee that existing customers receive exceptional support, maintaining high satisfaction levels and fostering long-term relationships. * Utilize your understanding of wet lab workflows or bioinformatics to provide tailored support and insights to our life science-focused user base. 🎓Qualifications: * A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in customer success, business operations, consulting, or a related field, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the life sciences sector. * Background in wet lab practices or bioinformatics is a must, enabling you to understand and relate to the challenges and needs of our customers. * High energy and a proactive attitude, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. * Flexibility and willingness to work non-routine hours to support customers across various time zones. * Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact with and present to sophisticated clients. * A meticulous and organized approach, with a keen attention to detail.
