The ideal candidate is someone who is self-motivated, empathetic, passionate about helping others, can communicate effectively with diverse groups and has a desire to build a positive relationship with our users. Knowledge of Research writing is not a must, however, applicants interested in the domain are encouraged to apply! :)
A full-time influencer marketing exec to join our team in Bangalore and help us scale our creator partnerships program. As a part of the marketing team, you will work closely with the CEO to scale creator collaborations and get relevant creators on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram to partner with us.
Responsibilities
- Researching and finding the right set of creators based on our target audience
- Reaching out, negotiating, and getting relevant creators to work with us based on the ROI and CAC metrics set internally
- Building relationships, engaging with these creators and building an influencer network that we can keep tapping into
- Keyword + content research so as to be able to share the right content recommendations for creator collabs to make each project super successful
- Tracking and reporting key metrics set by the team internally for creator collabs
Our ideal candidates would
- 4-5 years prior experience in an influencer marketing / content partnership's role will be preferred.
- A good understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok as a platform from a user's POV
- Keen interest in social media campaigns and how brands are leveraging the creator ecosystem today
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Should be able to think of ideas and write basic content briefs
