Imgenex India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Scientist/Senior Scientist with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Computational Biology, Structural Bioinformatics, and Antibody Engineering to support the development of next-generation therapeutic and diagnostic antibodies. The successful candidate will leverage state-of-the-art AI and computational tools for de novo antibody design, antibody humanization, affinity optimization, antigen-antibody interaction analysis, and molecular modeling.
Key Responsibilities
- Design novel therapeutic and diagnostic antibodies using AI-based protein design platforms and computational approaches.
- Perform antibody-antigen docking, epitope mapping, and structural interaction analysis.
- Utilize machine learning and deep learning tools for antibody sequence optimization and developability assessment.
- Analyze antibody structures using molecular modeling, molecular dynamics simulations, and bioinformatics tools..
- Evaluate emerging AI platforms and computational workflows for antibody discovery and engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.Tech./M.Sc. with significant experience in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Structural Biology, Biotechnology, Protein Engineering, or related fields.
- 2–8+ years of experience in antibody engineering, protein modeling, or AI-driven biologics discovery.
- Strong understanding of antibody structure, CDR design, humanization strategies, and antigen-antibody interactions.
- Experience with structural modeling tools such as AlphaFold, Rosetta, Schrödinger, MOE, Discovery Studio, ChimeraX, PyMOL, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of molecular docking and protein-protein interaction analysis.
- Experience with Python, R, or related computational programming languages.
- Familiarity with antibody databases, sequence analysis tools, and developability assessment methods.
