Position: Scientist - Biochemistry/Structural Biology
Qualification for a Scientist at immunitoAI PVT LTD
Ph.D. in molecular biology and biochemistry or related fields
M.Sc. with 4+ years of industry experience in the relevant field
Key Responsibility:
We are seeking a motivated, self driven scientist with proven experience in developing high-throughput screening assays to validate our AI-predicted antibody sequences
Perform Phage Display based screening platform
Perform protein analytical characterisation using CD Spectroscopy , Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS), Differential Scanning Fluorimetry (DSF), Mass spectroscopy
Proficiency in SPR and or BLI for protein-protein interaction studies
Experience in recombinant DNA technology, Protein expression and purification from bacterial and mammalian expression system
Collaborate with computational and biology teams to select and validate leads
Literature review and analysis of the latest publications in the domain
Maintain accurate lab records, analyze data, and present findings in internal meetings
Contribute to writing SOPs, reports, and documentation for IP filings and publications
Must have:
Strong understanding of protein chemical features and structural characteristics.
Well versed in structural biology-related bioinformatics tools including PyMol, Chimera and MODELLER
Open to learn and explore new ways/approaches to solve complex problems
Should be comfortable working in a team environment and engaging in cross-functional interactions with team members
Must be flexible and adaptable to handle multiple responsibilities in alignment with the dynamic demands of a start-up work culture
Experience in mammalian cell culture maintenance is desirable
