Opportunity for IIT M.Tech / PhD Scholars – Business Development (Chennai Based)
Location: Chennai
Language Requirement: English, Tamil & Malayalam (Preferable)
A mission-driven, high-growth High-Temperature Furnace Manufacturing Company is looking for M.Tech / PhD scholars (Chemical Engineering / Metallurgy / Material Science / Mechanical Engineering) — including recently completed JRF/SRF scholars from IITs — who are ready to transition into a high-impact Business Development & Solution Selling role.
About the Company
- Specializes in industrial high-temperature vacuum and controlled atmosphere furnaces
- Core expertise in Ceramics & Customized Furnace Manufacturing
- Clients include Chemical, Steel, Battery & Cement industries
- Launching a High-Temperature Furnace Research Centre (developing furnaces up to 3000°C)
The Role
This is not a conventional sales role.
You will:
- Work closely with the Sales team on industrial R&D projects
- Engage with premier institutes & industry leaders
- Sell high-value scientific solutions
- Write technical articles & documentation
- Deliver seminars at prestigious forums
