Role Description
The Scientific Business Officer will play a critical role in bridging scientific expertise with business strategy. This full-time, on-site position is based in Gurugram and involves analyzing data, preparing reports, collaborating with internal teams, and assisting in the strategic development of the organization’s business goals. The role requires close communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure projects align with company objectives and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to process data, identify trends, and support decision-making
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to effectively liaise with team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Experience or knowledge in Business strategy and execution
- Customer Service skills to build and maintain professional relationships
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific or business discipline
- Prior experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare industries is a plus
- Ability to work on-site collaboratively in a dynamic environment
