Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Science Tutor for classes 6–10 at our Hyderabad office. The Science Tutor will be responsible for preparing lesson plans, conducting engaging and interactive online classroom sessions, explaining complex concepts in a simple and clear way, and providing personalized support to students as needed. Additional responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating students’ progress, ensuring syllabus coverage, and contributing to the development of academic materials for a better learning experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Science subjects for grades 6–10, with the ability to teach concepts in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
- Strong presentation, communication, and classroom management skills
- Ability to create and implement lesson plans in alignment with the curriculum
- Experience in using educational tools and or technology to enhance classroom engagement
- Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire students to develop academic curiosity
- Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field; a teaching certification or relevant qualification will be advantageous
- Prior experience as a tutor or teacher is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
