Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and hands-on facilitator who can make children fall in love with science and curiosity.
This is not about textbook teaching —
👉 It's about turning concepts into experiences, experiments, and fun learning moments.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging STEM sessions, including:
- Simple experiments
- DIY projects & building activities
- Puzzles and problem-solving
Design and structure age-appropriate activities:
- 🧸 3–5 yrs → Play-based exploration
- 🧒 6–8 yrs → Basic concepts + hands-on learning
- 🧑 8–10 yrs → Structured challenges
Encourage curiosity, creativity, and questioning
Plan weekly sessions aligned with the studio schedule
Manage materials, kits, and activity setup
Ensure a safe, engaging, and energetic environment
Ideal Candidate
- Background in Science / Engineering / Education
- Enjoys working with children
- Creative, energetic, and patient
- Able to explain concepts in a simple and fun way
- Comfortable managing small groups
