Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Biology Teacher specializing in the Bihar Board syllabus to join our team in Patna. In this on-site role, the teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality, engaging biology lessons, preparing students for board examinations, creating lesson plans, and providing academic mentorship. Additionally, the role entails evaluating student performance, addressing individual learning needs, and helping students achieve their academic potential through innovative teaching strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Biology and proven expertise in teaching the subject effectively
- Skills in Lesson Planning and development of structured course materials
- Certified or Qualified Teacher with relevant academic qualifications
- Excellent Communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly
- Passion for education, with experience in motivating and mentoring students
- Familiarity with the Bihar Board curriculum is highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Education, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to an engaging learning environment
