A US–India stealth startup is hiring a Science Lead for a senior, high-ownership role across mathematical modelling, AI systems, and real-world data.

Ideal profile
- Background in mathematics, statistics, physics, ML, computational biology, biomedical engineering, or related fields
- Strong modelling and analytical ability
- Comfortable working with noisy, imperfect data
- Able to move from theory to implementation
- High ownership, fast iteration, strong judgment
- PhD preferred, not mandatory if ability is exceptional
