Job Description:
Param is seeking curious, energetic, and thoughtful Innovation Enablers to facilitate challenge-driven exploration across our galleries and demo spaces.
As an Innovation Enabler, you are not here to teach — you are here to spark thinking. Through questions, prompts, and structured challenges, you will help visitors explore ideas, test assumptions, and experience science as something alive and participatory.
You will work within a curated pedagogical framework while improvising and adapting to each
group — turning everyday interactions into moments of curiosity, creativity, and discovery.
Key Responsibilities:
● Facilitate challenge-driven exploration across galleries and demo zones
● Conduct interactive demos, mini-challenges, and hands-on engagements
● Engage school groups, walk-in visitors, and large audiences with energy and clarity
● Ask powerful questions and use prompts to ignite thinking rather than deliver explanations
● Adapt communication styles for different age groups and contexts
● Encourage productive struggle, experimentation, and discussion
● Contribute micro-challenges, small demos, or creative ideas to enrich the visitor experience
● Ensure readiness of engagement spaces, materials, and exhibit reset
● Maintain safety, flow and quality of interaction on the gallery floor
● Participate actively in daily briefings and contribute observations from the floor.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
● Background or strong interest in Science, Education, Public engagement or related fields.
● Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with both small groups and large audiences.
● Ability to think on your feet and improvise within a framework.
● Structured 6-day schedule (Tue–Sun) aligned with good weekend footfall in Bengaluru, considering Monday as weekly off.
● Natural curiosity and comfort asking open-ended questions.
● Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment and take initiative.
● Ability to create engaging, energetic environments while staying thoughtful and reflective.
Bonus: Experience in storytelling, theatre, quiz facilitation, public speaking or hands-onworkshop environments. If you enjoy asking better questions than giving answers and believe creativity is core to learning, Param is a place to experiment, build and grow.
