Strategy Intern

Responsibilities:

Support New Business Initiatives

• Assist in executing new business initiatives by coordinating with relevant stakeholders (Business, Operations, TM, and other related teams).
• Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

System Improvement within Department

• Identify and gather issues related to department business processes (both internal and cross-department).
• Propose and design solutions to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Support trial implementations, monitor progress, and learnings.
• Contribute to the creation and improvement of SOPs to ensure effective implementation in related teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a bridge between internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment in projects and initiatives.
• Provide support in communication, documentation, and follow-ups for strategic projects.

Qualification

• sFinal year university students or freshgraduates
