Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Delhi, OH. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential clients, developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth, and maintaining strong client relationships. Other responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop tailored business solutions. The candidate will also contribute to achieving revenue targets and identifying new market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Experience in Market Research, Business Strategy, and identifying growth opportunities
- Effective Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive results
- Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Previous experience in the education technology sector or similar industries is a plus
