Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based at Uma Memorial Public School in Varanasi. The School Teacher will design and deliver engaging lesson plans, instruct students in accordance with the academic curriculum, and foster a dynamic and inclusive learning environment. The Teacher will also support students' academic growth through training, communication, evaluation, and continuous guidance, ensuring their preparedness for future educational and career opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience in Lesson Planning and developing educational content tailored to diverse student needs
- Strong Teaching and Training skills to effectively deliver subject material and foster student understanding
- Excellent Communication abilities to collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues
- Background in Education with understanding of academic curriculum requirements
- Passion for fostering student development in STEM fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
- Teaching certification and experience in a K-12 setting preferred
- Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
