Job Summary: The Senior Learning Environment Project Manager (Sr. PM) ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. The Sr. PMs work with various members of the project team and the client to develop a timeline, create schedules, and oversee progress to make sure goals are met on time. They must be familiar with every aspect of the project, including all short and long-term goals, the entire project calendar, and budgeting details. The Sr. PMs’ goal is to focus on broader issues, while their support team will engage them with problems that may arise by managing the day-to-day minutiae of a project. This position will work with our operations team, the sales organization, vendors, carriers, and installation partners. They are responsible for staying current on all projects within their strategic markets and communicating effectively with all interested parties and providing solutions to unforeseen challenges.

Compensation Information:
- Hourly range of $55 Per hour, with travel per diem
What you’ll do:
- Acts as the central liaison for all projects in strategic districts, partnering with sales members to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Provides on-site project management support at key points during the project management process, from pre-site walk-through, installation, and punch list.
- Provides accurate and timely communication to all interested parties.
- Partners with other internal departments, estimators, architects and designers, construction managers, and general contractors to ensure timelines are met and communicated between responsible parties.
- Enforces project management procedures and processes to support company standards and strategic directives.
- Logs all project-related activities and customer interactions in OneForce CRM (meetings, emails, phone calls, etc.) Works as on-site customer and installer liaison for project execution, completion, punch-out, and warranty resolution.
- Inspects project sites and works with contractors to monitor and manage all activities at project sites.
- Participates in developing contingency plans for project management exceptions that occur in the construction environment.
- Assists in providing a network of qualified installation companies, capable of meeting installation demands associated with the territory and aligning jobs with their availability.
- Assists in evaluating the performance of installation companies on project performance.
- Ensures the completion of projects on schedule, within the determined financial goals, in accordance with contract specifications, meeting established quality standards, and to the complete satisfaction of the customer.
- Supports the selling and end-to-end project efforts in an assigned region, while providing support in secondary regions based on capacity.
- Participates in high-level presentations as a key team member to secure opportunities.
- Maintains safe and healthy working conditions within stewardship by ensuring all associates, contractors, and vendors comply with company safety policies and procedures.
- Identifies and passes along potential Leads or Opportunities to the appropriate sales team for follow-up.
- Supports job-sharing responsibilities, ensuring coverage and assisting LE Operations, Sales, and other related departments as needed.
What we expect you to bring to the table:
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in project management and construction.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to interact face-to-face with customers.
- OSHA 30-hour certification
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is desirable
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be able to work independently, and with limited supervision.
- Ability to flex responsibilities in response to business needs.
- Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Experience, and/or ability to read architectural blueprints preferred.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in field construction management or related area.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the fields of project management and construction.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to interact face-to-face with customers.
- Strong computer skills and proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be able to work independently, and with limited supervision.
- Ability to flex responsibilities in response to business needs.
Education and/or Certifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification
