Regional Manager – B2B School Sales (K-12)

Growth & Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹6–8 LPA

Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Onboard minimum 50 schools
- Generate ₹3 Crores individual revenue
- Increase product penetration across qualified school lists
Job Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales of K-12 school products (similar to ExtraMarks, WhiteHat Jr, Toppr, etc.)
- Visit schools and meet Principals, Directors, and School Owners
- Empanel schools as partners/vendors for academic & enrichment programs
- Build and manage strong relationships with school chains
- Recruit, train, and mentor a school sales team
- Promote programs through school conferences, associations, and forums
- Coordinate with operations for smooth on-ground program delivery
- Update daily sales activities in CRM/CDIS
- Provide end-to-end support to schools and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years experience in B2B school sales (EdTech / Travel / Training preferred)
- Postgraduate preferred (Marketing / Education / Sports / Travel Management)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship-building abilities
- Target-driven, self-motivated, go-getter attitude
- Comfortable with travel and field sales
