Role Overview

We are looking for School Partnership Heads to help us scale institutional partnerships during our early growth phase. This opportunity is ideal for senior sales professionals who prefer high-ownership, outcome-based roles over fixed structures.

You will help drive partnerships with:

• Schools and school groups
• Educational vendors and publishers
• Sponsors and ecosystem partners

Compensation & Upside

No fixed salary | Performance-linked revenue share

You will earn 50% revenue share for 4 years on:

1. Deals you close end-to-end (average ticket size: INR 3 lakh per annum)
2. Business generated through your referrals and warm school connects
