About the Role
The Business Operations Manager will act as a key bridge between internal departments, schools, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of school programs. This role combines operations management, stakeholder communication, enrollment ownership, and program coordination to deliver impactful educational experiences.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They should possess strong communication and relationship-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with school representatives and parents by attending to requirements, sharing updates, providing program feedback, and ensuring alignment with expectations.
- Parent Presentations & Enrollments: Conduct parent orientation sessions and presentations, address queries, and independently drive student enrollments for school programs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with outreach, program, operations, finance, and other internal teams to ensure streamlined and efficient program execution.
- Program & Data Management: Create and manage timelines, trackers, workflows, and operational processes for multiple school programs simultaneously.
- Real-Time Problem Solving: Proactively identify operational challenges, escalate issues when necessary, and implement solutions to ensure smooth execution and adherence to timelines.
- Process Optimization: Identify gaps and bottlenecks in existing systems and contribute to building scalable operational frameworks and processes.
- Invoicing & Payment Reconciliation: Manage payment processing, invoicing, and end-to-end reconciliation with schools and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, project management, client servicing, admissions/enrollments, or similar roles (preferably in education or experiential learning).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in interacting with parents, school leadership, and internal teams.
- Proven ability to independently manage enrollments and stakeholder relationships.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities and timelines.
- Comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Proactive, solution-driven, and accountable, with strong ownership mindset.
- Passionate about education, experiential learning, and creating meaningful impact for students.
