Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Principal for a full-time, on-site position in Davangere. The School Principal will oversee and manage the daily operations of the school, providing academic leadership and ensuring a high standard of education. Responsibilities include curriculum development, staff management, fostering a positive learning environment, compliance with educational standards, and engaging with parents and the wider school community to promote student success.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Curriculum Development and a strong understanding of Middle School Education
- Proven skills in Educational Leadership and strategic planning
- Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and students
- Prior experience in educational administration or a similar leadership role in schools
- Postgraduate degree in Education, Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for education and fostering a positive learning environment
