Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Bengaluru, for a School Principal. The Principal will oversee academic policies, staff management, student development, and operational excellence to foster an environment conducive to learning. Responsibilities include evaluating and mentoring teachers, developing academic programs, ensuring adherence to curriculum standards, managing budgets, engaging with parents and community members, and maintaining a safe and inclusive school environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management skills for effectively guiding educators and administrative staff
• Strong knowledge in curriculum planning, instructional methods, and student assessment
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, staff, and community stakeholders
• Proficiency in operational management, including budget planning, resource allocation, and compliance with educational standards
