Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for the position of School Principal. The School Principal will oversee all school operations, including academic programs, curriculum development, and faculty management. Key responsibilities include providing strong educational leadership, fostering effective communication between staff, students, and parents, and ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment. The Principal will also monitor student and teacher performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Curriculum Development and Educational Leadership
- Proven ability to lead and manage middle school education programs
- Outstanding Communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff, students, and parents
- Experience and passion for working in an educational setting
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience as a school principal, vice-principal, or similar leadership role in education
- Knowledge of current educational best practices and policies
