Role Description
PACE School is seeking a passionate and experienced School Principal for a full-time, on-site position in Hyderabad. The School Principal will oversee daily school operations, manage faculty and support staff, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a high standard of education.
Responsibilities include curriculum development, ensuring adherence to CBSE guidelines, implementing effective teaching and learning strategies, fostering a student-centric learning environment, and promoting community engagement.
The principal will also play an active role in mentoring teachers, facilitating professional development, and maintaining a culture of integrity, discipline, and inclusivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership or school administration
A Master's degree in Education or a related field. Relevant certifications or training in school leadership will be an added advantage
- Strong expertise in Curriculum Development and Educational Leadership to guide and enhance teaching and learning practices.
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, staff, and the wider school community.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage school operations and address challenges effectively.
