Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a School Principal, based in Bengaluru. The School Principal will oversee the daily operations of the school, including managing faculty and staff, developing and implementing curriculum plans, and ensuring adherence to educational standards. Responsibilities also include providing strong educational leadership, fostering a positive learning environment, mentoring teachers, and maintaining effective communication with students, parents, and the school community.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Curriculum Development and a strong understanding of Middle School and Education best practices
- Proven Educational Leadership experience, including the ability to inspire and manage a team of educators
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with students, parents, staff, and stakeholders effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Master's degree in Education or a related field (highly preferred) and significant experience in school administration
- Proficiency in implementing technology-driven education strategies is an advantage
