We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Principal to lead and manage the overall operations of our School and Junior College. The ideal candidate will drive academic excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a high-performance culture among staff and students.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Excellence
- Lead curriculum planning and execution in alignment with board requirements
- Monitor academic performance and implement data-driven improvement strategies
- Introduce innovative teaching methodologies and digital learning practices
Institutional Leadership
- Provide strategic direction for school and junior college operations
- Ensure high standards of discipline, ethics, and student engagement
- Build a positive and inclusive institutional culture
People Management
- Hire, mentor, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff
- Drive performance management systems and professional development initiatives
- Foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning
Operations Compliance
- Ensure adherence to State Board / CBSE / ICSE regulations and policies
- Oversee admissions, timetables, examinations, and administrative processes
- Maintain statutory records and handle audits/inspections
Stakeholder Management
- Engage with parents, trustees, and external authorities
- Lead parent-teacher interactions and grievance resolution
- Represent the institution at forums, events, and regulatory meetings
Financial Resource Management
- Support budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation
- Optimize utilization of infrastructure and institutional assets
Education
Key Requirements:
- Masters Degree (Mandatory)
- B.Ed. (Mandatory)
- M.Ed. (Preferred)
Experience
- 10+ years in education sector
- Minimum 35 years in leadership role (Principal / Vice Principal / Academic Head)
- Experience handling both School and Junior College preferred
