DSC Public School is seeking an experienced and visionary Principal to lead our institution into its next phase of academic excellence and institutional growth.
We are looking for a strong academic leader who can drive high standards in teaching, student outcomes, faculty development, and school operations while building a culture of discipline, innovation, and community trust.
This role is ideal for a seasoned school leader who has successfully managed a Pre-Primary to Higher Secondary institution and is passionate about building a high-performing academic environment.

Your Role as Principal
As the academic and administrative head of the school, you will be responsible for leading the institution across four core areas:
Academic Excellence
- Provide strategic leadership for academic programs from Pre-Primary to Higher Secondary
- Monitor student performance and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure effective curriculum delivery and assessment systems
Teacher Leadership
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-quality teaching staff
- Conduct professional development and training programs
- Build a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence
School Operations
- Oversee day-to-day school administration and operations
- Implement strong discipline policies and student support systems
- Establish efficient processes for academic and administrative management
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure full compliance with State Board regulations
- Maintain documentation and readiness for official inspections
- Work closely with the school trustees to achieve institutional goals
Parent & Community Engagement
- Build trust and strong communication with parents
- Represent the school within the community
- Strengthen the school’s reputation and visibility
Experience Required
We are seeking candidates with:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Principal
- Leadership experience in State Board schools
- Proven track record managing Pre-Primary to Higher Secondary institutions
Preferred Experience
Candidates with the following background will be preferred:
- Experience managing both Gujarati Medium and English Medium schools
- Strong understanding of the education landscape in Gujarat
Educational Qualifications
- MA and/or M.Ed (Mandatory)
